May 1st, 2008 by francissteene

By David Quest Are you perplexed by trying to figure out what causes scalp dandruff? So, you are trying to find out what causes dandruff? We have found more than on thing that could potentially cause Danduff. One of the things that can cause the annoying dandruff ailment is having very active producing oil glands. Worrying is another thing that can cause the annoying dandruff ailment. While searching online, we also discovered that heavy perspiration and even harsh shampoos can cause dandruff… unfortunately for the latter I have not been able to find any more info. to lend proof this. Various and widespread are the reasons which have been given over the years regarding the potential reason of the dandruff ailment Alot of the myths that have been spread about dandruff are untrue. Dandruff is a problem in the united states and all over the world. The various reasons for dandruff are about as varied as the rumors themselves. The Dandruff problem is caused because of a very small and tiny little fungus. This microscopic fungus organism is known as pityrosporum-ovle… I wish I knew how to pronounce that (LOL). This fungus is in really low quantities on normal healthy scalps. Whenever a person has Dandruff irritation there is a very large amount of pityrosporum-ovle in the scalp area. The organism feeds on the oily substance that is secreted by your hair follicles. This causes an botheration in the infected scalp area which in turn leads to a quicker cell turnover. This causes itching dandruff. This Danduff article was created and written by david quest. Key Stages in a Relationship - Stage 2B

April 28th, 2008 by francissteene

By Elaine Sihera At this ‘besotment’ stage the relationship is viewed in an idealised manner because differences are discounted and faults are few. Details tend to be obscure and specifics are not discussed. The new couple tends to focus on similarities, always doing things to please each other, with the emphasis on how to fit and move together, almost as one. Being so besotted, mundane activities assume significant proportions, with every act scrutinised, marvelled at or assumed to have a personal message or meaning. In effect, reality is seen through rose-coloured lenses, soft-focus and deeply soothing. One colleague told me me that, in this heady stage, her husband used to accompany her willingly everywhere she went, especially to the shops, without a murmur. He just couldnt have enough of her company. He liked treating her to anything she wanted, getting immense pleasure from demonstrating his generosity, and always had a surprise for her. Three years into the marriage, she complained that he just sat in front of the television every weekend like a slob, whingeing about how much money she spends on clothes and bemoaning the time she spends shopping. There seemed to be little desire to impress her anymore; no need to fulfil her expectations. Having bagged her as his wife, he was now more secure about her and this affected his perception of the situation. This also lowered his expectation of her while he ignored her expectations of him. His behaviour might be disappointing, but not so surprising. At the besotment stage, fulfilling expectations is essential for progress. We wouldnt get very far just doing what we like when we are trying to impress another person, so partners tend to be very cautious about saying or doing the wrong thing in case it is not taken as expected. The chosen one is also the most important individual in the world at this time, the object of adoration and pleasure. Friends and family are likely to complain that they never see you any more. Time for Taking Chances and Risks Above all, as you are blind to the persons faults and looks or consider them insignificant, heaven help the friend who passes an adverse comment about how ugly or boring they are! That is why it is often futile for parents to advise their children negatively about a new soulmate at this stage. This is the worst time to expect them to see what parents can see. The emphasis on romance in this phase allows you to take chances and risks. It nurtures a belief that I can do it or Anything is possible. The focus is really on a positive present not the future, because that is still undecided. This besotment stage is extraordinarily powerful and tends to be terribly exhausting. Being emotionally draining and dependent upon consistent maintenance of its positive nature, it is difficult to sustain over too long a period and is thus guaranteed to be relatively short, lasting typically from two months to two years. As both of you are virtually living a lie at this time, not really revealing your true selves, romancing keeps you on your guard and takes up a lot of energy and time not to mention money! What with all the courting needed and the pretensions of trying to be the same as your partner, it’s really heavy going. Eventually you tire of living at such a heightened level and swiftly, or gradually, fall to earth. Additionally, one person might begin to think in terms of marriage while the other isnt keen, and this could also herald problems. When the cost to your individuality becomes too great, you begin to try to change the other person. If there is resistance to change, you might insist upon it, with the likelihood of not succeeding at all and merely creating resentment. If you are still happy with each other, the power struggle begins as a prelude to the next level which usually demands commitment. This stage leads, inevitably, to a regular dating regime, to marriage itself or setting up home together. Alternatively, this is where the relationship could end as perceptions change for the worse. An Interesting Look at Mini Gastric Bypass Surgery

April 26th, 2008 by francissteene

By Eddie Tobey Gastric bypass surgery has many forms and can involve stapling and banding of the stomach as well as bypassing a portion of the small intestine. The most popular method today is a combination-approach that staples the stomach into a small pouch while reattaching the small intestine to the pouch forming a Y-shape so patients lose weight both because they eat less and their bodies absorb less of what they eat. Mini gastric bypass surgery is less invasive than traditional gastric bypass surgery. By using a laparoscope, the surgeon does not have to make any large incisions in the abdomen thus lowering the risk of large surgical scars or hernia. The procedure also differs from other gastric bypass procedures in significant ways. As opposed to the popular Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedure, which staples the stomach to create a small pouch after which a Y-shaped section of the small intestine is then attached to allow food to bypass the lower stomach and first part of the small intestine, the mini gastric bypass is a newer and somewhat simpler procedure. The stomach is similarly stapled but instead of a small pouch, it is formed into a narrow tube, which is then attached directly to the small intestine about six feet from its starting point, thus also bypassing the initial highly absorptive section. The benefits of Mini gastric bypass surgery are a shorter, less invasive operation and quicker recovery time. Like traditional gastric bypass surgery, mini gastric bypass surgery is only for the morbidly obese who have not been able to lose and maintain weight loss after significant efforts at lifestyle change in the form of diet and exercise. Gastric Bypass Surgery Info provides comprehensive information on procedure, recovery, cost and complications relating to standard, laparoscopic and mini surgeries. How To Build Long Lasting Relationships

April 24th, 2008 by francissteene

By Damilare Banjo Relationships are a vital part of human life. From the kids in pre-school class, to the teenager who meets with his first love, to the junior executive who needs to get ahead in his career, to the business owner who needs to give his workers a sense belonging; it is obvious that we all need relationships. It is also a well known fact that, the quality of the relationships you keep will have a significant impact on the quality of your life and your sense of fulfillment. It is therefore important for you to know how to maintain your quality relationships, and this article reveals a very important way to add value to your relationships. The foundation of every successful relationship is effective communication. To build a sound relationship, you need to learn how to express your exact feelings to the other person; but more importantly, you need to be a very good listener. Everyone has something to tell, it could be what gives us joy, sadness, or about things that cause us to worry and fret, no matter what the story is, we all treasure people who take out time to listen to us. Becoming a patient listener is therefore a sure way to build long lasting relationships. But there is a huge pitfall to avoid once you choose to become a listening partner - forgetfulness. Youd admit that nothing hurts your friends quite as much as when you forget important details about them, or special secrets theyve shared with you. Imagine the strain you put on your relationships each time you forget a friends birthday, a prearranged visit, or what you guys discussed just last night. Its never a pretty situation to be in. This puts us in some-what of a fix; listening adds much more value to your relationships, but forgetfulness could take each relationship right back to ground zero. The Conclusion: It would be worth your while to really concentrate when discussing important issues with a partner and you could even go a step further by learning some basic memory improvement techniques. If sustaining that relationship is truly important to you, then it would take only a little bit of discipline and sacrifice to work it! Creeping Someone Out 101 (Part One Of Two)

April 22nd, 2008 by francissteene

By Scot McKay Have you ever been out on a date and things were just a little, welloff? There was just some “vibe” in the air that was decidedly causing you to be having no fun whatsoever. I think you know exactly what I mean. Maybe you just couldn’t quite put a finger on just what it was that was making you uncomfortable, but you had a feeling your instincts just couldn’t be lying to you. THENit happenedeither your date said something or did something that just broke things wide open. And you couldn’t wait to get OUT. What happened? You had the classic case of the “heebie-jeebies”, that’s what. This factor is a major cause of bad dates everywhere and any discussion thereof promises to be way too complex to fit in a single newsletter. As such, this is the first in a two-part series. So how do we define being “creeped out” anyway? Check this out: hee‧bie-jee‧bies  - [hee-bee-jee-beez] noun (used with a plural verb ) Slang. A condition of extreme nervousness caused by fear, worry, strain, etc.; the jitters; the willies (usually prec. by the): “Just thinking about ghosts gives me the heebie-jeebies.” [Origin: 190510, American; rhyming compound coined by W. De Beck (18901942), American comic-strip cartoonist] I don’t care if the term was coined by a comic-strip cartoonist, it’s not funny. When the above happens, YOU my friend have been CREEPED OUT. Gnarly. It’s bad enough to have been “creeped out” on a date or two in your life. What’s even worse is if you happen to have been the one who is DOING the creeping. Have you ever thought of that? I think everyone fully realizes when he or she is being creeped out. But who genuinely realizes when they are the ones who are coming off as creepy? Unfortunately, my guess is almost nobody. So how do you get a handle on this? Well, if you have been going on a lot of first dates that don’t turn in to second dates this topic is worth a hard look. If you are going on a lot of first dates that seem to start well and somewhere take a turn for the worse mid-stream this topic is worth an even harder look. And this holds true no matter what gender you are. Yes ladies-guys can and do get fully creeped out also. There are a “dirty dozen” factors that have a very high probability of giving your date the “willies”. Today, let’s cover the first half: 1) Space Invaders Standard procedure here is, of course, eighteen inches of space between you and a stranger. On a first date situation you absolutely, positively want to honor that. There is nothing creepier than someone who is getting way too close too quickly. When seated at a restaurant or a movie (which I hope all who are reading are sensible enough to avoid on a first date), be sure not to crowd the space there either, generally speaking. Oh yes, and avoid invading space for the rest of the date also until you are sure there is chemistry. Then start with hand holding, please. 2) Touchy-feelies This factor, although similar to the first, is decidedly different. Recently I was asked about how to greet a person you are meeting for the first time on a first date. My recommendation is not to push for a hug, while remembering that handshakes on dates are lame also. Guys, if a woman offers a handshake when you first meet her, do us all a favor and either tease her for it or grab the hand and lift it to your mouth, kissing the back of your own hand instead. Anything but a handshake. To be honest, nobody ever said you had to touch someone as soon as you meet him or her, although you wouldn’t know this given the number of men in particular who want to grab women’s hands and not let go, hug them, rub shoulders and all sorts of other invariably creepy things. Perhaps the concept of not having to touch someone upon meeting them will be tremendously freeing for you. Guys, wanting to touch and/or hold onto women you barely know is a bad idea all the time. I’ve even known men who meet a woman, take her hand and proceed to play with her fingers and what not during the entire (brief) time he is talking to her. Wow. Creepy. 3) Eccentricities You know, it’s true that individualism is a good thing. Most of us like someone who isn’t generic. That makes this point a particularly difficult one to convey effectively. Yet, I’m going to try. Essentially, if you are wearing, saying or doing something that almost nobody else does, the chances are good that you are creeping dates out. If this applies to you and you aren’t getting any dates at all, so much more so the probability. For example, some women wear black nail polish. That’s individualistic. Almost no men do, especially if they are dressed normally otherwise. That would be creepy. See what I mean? In case you don’t, here’s another example. Some people use the word “famously” instead of “fantastically”. It’s actually somewhat unusual for a woman to do so, maybe saying, “You and I are going to get along famously.” I actually find that usage of the word endearing. Now if she punctuated every sentence with “famously”, that would be creepy. 4) Disgusting Habits One time a woman told me that she gave a date her business card at dinner and he proceeded to clean his fingernails with it while they were talking. Gross. There are an endless supply of examples here, most of which would be self-explanatory. But here are some ideas anyway. Don’t spit while a date. Ever. Especially at your date. Say it, don’t spray it, okay? Please wash your hands after going to the lavatory. Don’t pick at the back of your pants or your crotch (guys especially). If you haven’t ever studied table manners, chances are yours need work. Get a book and learn. And for heaven’s sake, use a Kleenex. 5) Strange Nervous Habits Fidgets, funny laughs, rubbing hands, etc. all classify as such. Most nervous habits are as individual as the person performing them, but they invariably make the other person equally nervous. So stop it. Not only are weird nervous idiosyncrasies creepy, they convey an utter lack of confidence. That’s a tough “double whammy” to overcome when trying to attract someone, right? Pay particular attention to the “vibrating leg” thing that often happens when seated. You know, when you just have to bounce your leg up and down for no reason. Stop that. 6) Fishy-eyed Stares OK, here it is. Yes, “eye-contact” is a good thing when showing someone you are interested. Please, however, be sure to actually look away sometimes. And do us all a favor and BLINK, finally, will you? This point holds true whether you are on a date or in any social setting, actually. One time while I was still working in the IT world, I was at a business meeting of about 15 or 20 people all seated around a big table. I looked over at one point and my boss was giving me the glazed-over fisheye treatment. I’m not sure if he was just so bored he had simply lapsed into Neverland or what, but the impact on me was significant enough that I still remember it. Eeesh. So there are a half-dozen sure-fire ways to creep out your date (or anyone, for that matter). Note that the six we discussed today are tied to actions and/or appearance. Next time, we’ll hit a half-dozen points related to the words you use. Copyright 2006 X & Y Communications Want to hear more? Meditation and Depression

April 21st, 2008 by francissteene

By Jackson Smith Everyone knows that meditation is very effective against stress and depression. But hardly anyone practices it. The reason behind this can vary, either you don’t know where to start or you can’t find time for it. Also there is one misconception that meditation needs lot of time and determination. This article is all about clearing these myths. Myth number 1 - Meditation is very difficult to perform without a teacher/guru. Tell me, do you need a teacher to breath properly? The answer is no, then why do you think that something as simple as meditation needs a teacher. As a matter of fact meditation is all about relaxing and breathing in a control fashion. You just can’t go wrong with it. Myth number 2 - Meditation needs lot a specific place and environment. Imagine that you are traveling in a plane and you need to get rid of stress. What do you do? Do you wait till the plane lands so that you can go to some park to meditate? No you don’t have to wait that long. You can perform meditation in the plane in your seat itself. And passengers around you won’t even notice it. Meditation is all about freeing your mind from the surrounding and peaceful environment just makes that process easy, but if you don’t have a choice then also you can perform it. Myth number 3 - Meditation needs lot of time. You can perform meditation even for 5 minutes. And Trust me, its going to benefit. Its next to impossible to find time to go for a regular meditation and yoga classes in our busy life. But you can always find 10-15 minutes to perform breathing exercises to relax your body and mind. And in the end I would like to teach you one very simple but effective meditation technique. Its so simple that you might not believe its effectiveness. But first one small test. Close your eyes and think of anything in this world. Yes, you can think of anything except - monkeys. Go on, close your eyes and try thinking of anything other then monkeys. I can bet that the only thing that came to your mind were monkeys. Thats the reason why blocking something out doesnt work. Ok, now we can start with my meditation technique. To start, just sit in a comfortable position - on floor or on a chair.Close your eyes and relax. Now this is the “secret” behind this method which was taught by my guru when I visited India. Close your eyes and let your thoughts flow over seamlessly. Blocking undesirable thoughts or focusing on a particular thought won’t work. So just close your eyes and relax, accept all the thoughts that come to your mind but dont pay attention to them, they will pass. 10 minutes is all thats needed to do this meditation, but it can relax you and can give you piece of mind for the whole day. How To Raise The Strongest Most Beautiful Bulbs

April 19th, 2008 by francissteene

By Louanne Baelde Bulbs are your best bet for success. Its almost impossible to make a mistake because all the nutrients that the flower needs, are in the bulb. What you may find difficult, is actually choosing which bulbs you want. This article will help you select healthy bulbs and will give you tips on how to get them ready, from preparing the soil, fertilizing, and planting. Selecting Healthy Bulbs The secret to a fantastic flower garden is choosing high-quality bulbs. Make sure that you always buy your bulbs from a reliable source, whether you are shopping from a catalog, outlet or local store. Even if the bulbs are a little more costly, you will save money on the long run, if the source is a good one, than simply searching for the best bargain. Because the bulb stores the energy in the bulb (in the form of starch,) larger bulbs may produce larger flowers. This does not mean however, that you should buy only large bulbs. Dont hesitate to buy smaller ones as well from a reliable source. These smaller bulbs may just need a season or two to catch up to the larger ones. If you want to have spectacular blooms this year, then buy the larger bulbs. If youre buying your bulbs from a local store, inspect them carefully. They should be firm and not have any cuts, blemishes or spots on them. They should not feel dry or light, but more on the heavy side for their size. The basal plate (where the roots emerge) should be solid and firm. Its okay for the bulbs to have loose skin or little nicks. This would not affect their development in any way. Getting Ready Its always important to choose the right spot for your bulbs, whether it be inside or outside. You probably know about the differences in planting in the garden; how certain plants will thrive better under certain conditions than others. When you select your location for your new bulbs, try to think about its needs and where it may do best. Dont forget that even a few feet can make a huge difference with levels of light. What may be suitable lighting at the edge of your shrubs may not be suitable over by the corner of your house, even if its only a small jog away. Preparing the Soil Except for Siberian irises, most bulbs prefer loose, porous soil because they need to have good drainage. If your soil does not drain well, improve it by adding nutrients, raising the beds, or installing drain lines. Almost any soil can benefit from organic materials, especially sandy and heavy clay soils. Fertilizing Mix bone meal or superphosphate into the soil at the bottom of each planting hole. Because phosphorus does not move easily; it must be planted deep enough to allow the roots to reach it. Planting Try to plant your bulbs as soon as you can when the weather permits and is suitable for planting. If you cant plant them right away, store them in a cool place such as your refrigerator. Never store them in closed bags as they might rot. Bulbs need to breathe!Open the bags or place them instead in paper ones. Most bulbs are planted at a depth three times their diameter. Its easier if you dig up a larger area at the proper depth, set them inside the hole, and then cover them. Depression And Anxiety Natural Therapies: Treating Mind And Body With Holistic Methods

April 16th, 2008 by francissteene

By Athlyn Green When grappling with depression and anxiety natural therapies can prove extremely helpful, offering different healing modalities and scientifically tested substances that alleviate emotional suffering. Keep in mind that no two people will experience these disorders in quite the same way. Symptoms vary and so should options. In treating anxiety and depression alternative therapies offer multi-faceted approaches to well being. A treatment that transcends the boundaries of standard western medical practice is referred to as alternative or complementary. When addressing depression and anxiety natural therapies draw from a variety of disciplines that incorporate holistic approaches to healing. Acupressure By applying pressure upon certain points along the body, blocked energy is released, thereby freeing repressed emotions. Ayurveda This program seeks to cleanse and detoxify the body, utilizing oil massage, dietary adjustments, and inhalation of vapor from medicinal herbs. Using personalized approaches for anxiety and depression alternative therapies in Ayurveda are based upon each persons needs and encompass treating the whole person. Aromatherapy Aromatherapy employs aromatic essences extracted from plantsoils believed to be vital substances, from fruit or flowerswhich have an uplifting effect. Aromatherapy can ease depressed mood and mental fatigue. Acupuncture Inserting needles into certain points along the bodys meridians releases blocked energy, stimulating endorphins and enkephalins, which exert mood-elevating effects. Guided Imagery and Relaxation A person creates peaceful mental images, enhancing harmony between mind and body, with a corresponding release of tension from the body. Targeting depression and anxiety natural therapies address this mind-body connection. Hypnosis Used to induce a trance state, hypnosis heightens imagination and deep relaxation. Psychiatrists theorize that deep relaxation and focusing exercises calm and subdue the conscious mind, thereby allowing access to the subconscious, which regulates emotional feelings. Biofeedback This is a technique that helps people to improve their health using signals from their own bodies. Tense and anxious people can be taught to recognize signs that they need to relax. Biofeedback machines help people to adjust involuntary body functions, within certain limitations. Herbal Remedies Popular for treating anxiety and depression alternative therapies offer a safe alternative to prescription medications. Herbal remedies are increasingly being turned to because their antidepressant properties have such a tangible effect on emotional well being. Studies reveal that decreased activity of serotonergic pathways in the brain compromise mood. Antidepressant drugs work on these receptor sites. Unfortunately, these drugs can also work on other receptor sites, leading to substantial side effects. People do not always respond to antidepressant drugs and about half of those treated experience recurrence of symptoms. When attempting to alleviate depression and anxiety natural therapies will often use herbals in tandem with other approaches, in a holistic strategy that takes into account the mind-body connection. If you are considering adding a herbal remedy to your wellness program or if it has been recommended as an adjunct to therapy, knowing what substances herbal supplements contain may help in planning treatment. Herbal remedies include active ingredients that specifically target anxiety and depression alternative therapies using herbals formulated to address imbalances in the brain and body. A supplement may incorporate ginkgo biloba, SAMe, 5-HTP, valerian, passionflower, and Siberian ginseng. What benefits do these substances offer? Ginkgo biloba increases blood flow to the brain and regulates neurotransmitters; valerian aids in production of GABA, an amino acid implicated in anxiety; 5-HTP increases central nervous system synthesis of serotonin, an important brain neurotransmitter that affects mood; SAM is so effective it has been approved as a drug in certain countries. Passionflower is used for treating nervousness (passiflora extract is effective for management of generalized anxiety disorder); Siberian ginseng is beneficial for stress. In treating depression and anxiety natural therapies will draw from a host of vitamins, minerals and co-factors, specialty supplements and enzymes, offering potent herbal extracts that correct underlying causes of malfunction. If you seek relief from anxiety and depression alternative therapies offer proven and viable methods to safely treat the whole person. The Wisdom Within Depression: A Spiritual View

April 14th, 2008 by francissteene

By Julie Redstone If it can be said that there is wisdom to be gained through hardship or suffering that we would not freely choose, then it can also be said that there is deep learning and truth to be gained through the experience of depression in all its many forms . As with all experiences that are painful and that create limitation, the deeper self or soul can bring out of this, something valuable for the heart and for the spirit. Though this may not immediately be apparent to the self in the midst of pain, grief, or sorrow, what has limitation on the one side, offers the possibility for learning and for greater life on the other. This paradox is hard for the human self to grasp, because the human response to suffering is to want it to end, and the human heart cannot help but believe that what feels bad - what deprives it of joy, love, meaning, hope, and energy - cannot be the source of something good. However, the perceptions of the soul and the choices that the soul makes during a time of pain or limitation are invisible, and everything depends upon the choices that are made. For example, it is possible, as a result of feeling disconnected from joy or meaning in life, to begin to seek that joy with a fuller heart, to value life more, to hope for the possibility of experiencing one clear and pure sunlit day without the cloud of sorrow on the mind or in the heart. It is possible in the presence of aloneness or isolation to feel the heart longing more for love and connection. And it is possible to feel, in the presence of the wish to die, an even greater wish to live. These are the choices of the soul. In fact, they are more orientations than choices and they turn the inner self in the direction of pursuing the fulfillment that is needed and toward new possibilities for growth. In this sense, though depression may be a dark night of the soul which we would not choose and in which it may appear that every light has gone out, the soul, within its own domain, continues to support the seeking of that light and continues to radiate light toward the self that suffers and struggles. For this reason, it would be well to look at all forms of depression as a spiritual crisis in its underpinnings, for although no positive movement may be visible on the mental or emotional levels, on the level of spirit and soul a question is being asked and a question is being answered all of the time, namely, what is this life about, what is its value, and what am I doing in it? Whether flooded with feelings, or numb and experiencing merely a sense of deadness, on the level of the soul a groping movement is taking place during this dark and painful night - a search for a way toward the light that is, for the moment, invisible. In the blackness, there is a sharpening of vision as one seeks the promise of the light, and pursues the elusive hope of an end to darkness. Even on the conscious level, where everything may feel quite bleak, there is often a reaching out toward that which may have seemed impossibly far away before, namely, to the awareness, however tentative, of our Divine and holy self, the center of our spiritual being. For those for whom the higher self or soul remains a hypothesis rather than a reality, this type of understanding may seem invented. However, this, too, is a choice that the inner self must make whether to adhere to a perspective which emphasizes indifference, loss, randomness, deprivation, and lack in life, or to believe that at all times there is a purpose behind the manifestation of what life brings to us, and that this purpose, when found, can become the springboard to a new and more vital sense of ourselves and of life. Invoking The Desired Response From Customers

April 11th, 2008 by francissteene

By Jeffrey Solochek One of the most famous headlines ever used was done almost a hundred years ago and it went something like this Do you make these same mistakes in Spelling?. Most of the marketers out there today see nothing wrong with this headline, they say it is one of the best ever used. I agree for the most part but I like to be different than everyone else and I see that the headline still narrows the market too much. I would have just used Do You make these same mistakes?. The first headline narrows down the market to people who do some sort of writing. If they don’t do any writing of any sort then they will read no further. The second headline asks the question of everybody who is reading the paper or magazine at the time. It doesn’t narrow down your market. I wrote an article last night and it was titled simply Why wait. A few of the directories I submitted this article to declined the article because the headline was too general, not focused enough. People who see the title of this article will be saying to themselves Why wait for what? Then these people will read further to find out what I was referring to. Back to the first headline, this only asks the question to people who actually do some sort of writing who might make those mistakes. One of the strongest forms of marketing is by word of mouth. I buy a car and get a great deal on it then I will tell others. With the second headline not everybody who reads the article may be interested in what I have to say but what if they know somebody who is interested? They say in all sales books I have ever read not to disclose too much information up front. The first headline is only focused at people who may actually make spelling mistakes. The second one encourages readers to read more in order to find out what I am talking about. Greater curiosity with the headline I used last night Jeffrey has over 2 decades experience in the business world. When he writes he blends his unique wit and humour into every article which if you rread his blog you can see all of his many works. http://www.nosugarcoating.info/newz/ Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jeffrey_Solochek http://EzineArticles.com/?Invoking-The-Desired-Response-From-Customers&id=502782 phentermine pharmacy buy cheap phentermine online phentermine with online consultation phentermine online no perscription
